Hello, Jil! I hope you're having a wonderful day! I just audited your Orientation session on your Pre-algebra series, and I must say that you did a STELLAR job! To begin, I absolutely adore the way you organized this session; it was obviously meticulously planned. I liked how you created slides and set clear expectations with your learners about what you will discuss in the series, and how you went into great detail about what you will cover. I liked how you introduced yourself and then asked the learners to do the same. I loved how you did a diagnostic test to gauge your learner’s initial understanding of the topic to give you a clear idea on where to fill in. I loved how you checked in with your learners to see if they have any questions. Your demeanor was also admirable, respectful and warm. I loved how you genuinely showed interest towards your learners. My favorite part was when you told your learners that they shouldn't be afraid to say "No, I don't understand," because that's how we learn. I wholeheartedly agree!! It's fantastic that you're inculcating a growth mindset in your learners. Overall, this was an OUTSTANDING session!!!
