You did such an excellent job developing a connection with your learner! I was hooked on your session from the start; you created a really comfortable learning environment for your learner. A lot of beginner tutors tend to be austere in their sessions, but you seemed really relaxed and comfortable, making jokes with your learner and engaging in small talk. I need you to be my next tutor ASAP !!😭 You also did a great job strengthening your learner's confidence. I liked how you replied by mentioning how the material was hard and takes hours to master when he had doubts. I also liked how you affirmed him when he got the correct answer! Overall you did a really great job in this category :)

You were very kind, supportive, and encouraging throughout. The learner clearly felt safe asking questions. The only improvement is keeping supportive comments shorter so more time goes toward learning.

You did a good job of helping your learner when he had questions with the material. You also did a great job of building on the learner's knowledge by asking whether he was familiar w/ concepts and explaining the one's he was unfamiliar with. Your reassurance created a comfortable environment for your learner to ask questions; good job! :)
