Hans, you did a great job in engaging the learner and confirming her progress. For example, at 21:35 you asked the learner a question regarding the topic. Rather than directly give her the answer, you provided her the means to discover the answer on her own and when she did you praised her. Excellent!

Yes, there are many examples. However, the most prominent is at the end of the session 1:28:30 where the learner is extremely grateful going as far as to say that she is very grateful to have you as a tutor on schoolhouse and that you are one of her favorites! Hans keep up the good work!

Hans, you continuously made the teaching environment a safe and comfortable space for the learner. For example, at 23:30 you helped the learner who did not know the answer to the problem by saying that it's ok and then explaining the process. Great job tutoring!

I genuinely want to say that my tutor is really passionate, kind, and dedicated for us to learn the content. He literally would go through each question one-by-one, which is amazingly helpful -- I just wish if he could better pace himself for explaining each question, so we don't waste valuable studying time. But, this session was everything I wished for and more!
