Firstly, I really like how in the first practice question that Hannah does, she gives a lot of instances for her student, Luciana, to engage. For example, when Hannah is reading out the first practice question at the 12:24 mark of the recording, Hannah continuously checks up on Luciana's understanding of the problem by mentioned some simple, close ended problems like "are these angles acute" and "what does the angle measure become when we add up the obtuse and acute angle" and ETC. This keeps Luciana actively engaged where she doesn't have any time to dose off or lose focus.
Additionally, along with these simple questions, Hannah also gives Luciana the opportunity to solve the problem by herself while also guiding Luciana's problem-solving in order to find the correct conclusions. For example, at the 18:43 mark, when Luciana shares an answer she got, Hannah recognizes that Luciana made a slight error and encouraged Luciana to explain her reasoning for the answer. Then, after some hints made by Hannah, this allows Luciana to get directed to the correct answer as seen in the 25:39 mark, they have finally eliminated enough answer to conclude that "since the answer isn't B, the answer has to be A."
Overall, with Hannah actively being with Luciana's side along with ALWAYS answering Luciana's questions whenever she was concerned, it shows a meaning engagement between the two, showing an "advanced" level of "engaging with the learner" by Hannah, so a very great job to her. Additionally, with Hannah giving plenty opportunities and encouragement to allow Luciana to solve and explain problems, this makes for an effective session that most definitely helped Luciana learn. Ergo, with the good back-and-forth discussion of problems with Luciana and Hannah, Hannah shows an "advanced" level of "encouraging learners to explain their thinking."
Honestly, when looking at the entire session, I personally don't see anything wrong with Hannah's tutoring as she was very engaged with Luciana as well as giving Luciana an appropriate amount of time to think and do the problem by herself, So great job by Hannah.
