It was clear that your learner was struggling with the homework problems at hand, but you did an excellent job enforcing certain rules about Algebra and using the past problems you solved with the learner as an example on how you solve problems later down the line. You stayed patient, and considerate by letting them know it was ok to make mistakes. Your learner was often stumped by certain problems but you didn't let it seem like the end of the world with a assuring "That's ok."
