Anish did a great job adjusting to when it was needed! Whenever something did not go according to plan or there was a technical issue, Anish was very patient and cooperative with the learners'. When a learner was struggling with a particular question, Anish was really understanding and ensured they understood the question after. Anish did well understanding the learners' struggles by analyzing their weaknesses and strengths, then applying that to questions. Similarly, Anish adapted to the learners' unique needs by answering any questions or concerns they may have. Overall, fantastic job with this aspect!

Anish did a great job actively engaging with the learners! Anish was always continuously engaging with the learners by having his microphone and camera on at all times, and just being present the whole time throughout the session. Anish's engagement influenced the learners' engagement which helped expand/impact their learning and knowledge. I also liked how Anish strongly encouraged the learners to explain their thinking regardless if their mic was off. This shows engagement and that they are actually paying attention. The way you explained the warm-up problem was great and easy for the learner to understand. I like how you broke down 55 into steps. I think the way you explained the geometric formulas was fantastic. Those are very hard formulas to explain intuitively, but you broke each one down step-by-step. The slides were well prepared without too much information on them, but easy to expand on with your explanations. Your annotations on the slides were simple but effective.

I like how you showed your enthusiasm for the session, even with only one learner, and created a comfortable environment, by asking how to pronounce his name, and switching questions when the learner seemed very lost. I thought that your encouragement to continue studying even when the learner stated that he was unfamiliar with the content, and also your well-prepared slides strengthened the learner's confidence that he could do well on the exam through learning a little more, and your clear understanding of the topics gave him confidence in the material that was being presented to him.
