You could tell Amia genuinely cared. She thanked Breanna for her patience and gave her small affirmations like “Good job,” which helped keep the mood supportive and encouraging. The whole feeling felt kind and positive, like she was rooting for Breanna and trying to make her succeed.

The tutor clearly explained semitones and tones as well as full steps and half steps. She used visuals to show her learners what she was talking about by sharing her screen throughout the whole session and writing down examples, music letters... She also made sure her learners were able to follow along by asking "Does that make sense? Is that clear?" several times. The tutor also incorporates personal experiences/stories into her explanations making the lesson feel more real/authentic. The tutor was clearly following the syllabus in an efficient and orderly way.
