Hi everyone! I'm a high school senior looking to help others master the best strategies to quickly and efficiently prepare and perform well on the SAT. I spent well over 200 hours preparing, with roughly 75 of the hours spent being tutored on Schoolhouse...and now it's time for me to return the favor and help you :)

When the student asked " wait, but why should we plug the equations into desmos?", the tutor explained that though the learners may be to do this without using desmos for now, for longer or more complex problems, desmos would be more convenient. To gauge the understanding of learners, the tutor frequently asks the learners if they have understood how they derived at the answer.

When the students explain their thoughts, the tutor makes sure to validate their thoughts, even though they may not necessarily be correct. By doing this, it creates a more comfortable environment for the learners in which they are more likely to share.
