If so, you’d actually be perfect for my AP Research study. What you’ll do You’ll watch a quick set of 15–20 short videos (from YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Snapchat Spotlight). Then you’ll fill out a short form rating: how likely you’d be to interact (1–10) how you’d interact (like, comment, share, ignore, etc.) how the video made you feel Time commitment About 15–20 minutes. That’s literally it. If anything its basically a quick doomscrolling session that you can write off as homework! Who can join Any student on Schoolhouse from anywhere in the world. Multiple sessions will be available, so you can pick whatever time works for you. This will be a study group for people to study the SAT together and basically just keep each other accountable to study and make prepping more fun. I'll post classes whenever I can, and anyone is welcome to attend or not. We'll work on some practice questions together and focus on studying for the SAT overall. I don't have any specific lesson plans ready, just going to do practice questions of all sorts and maybe some review videos or resources. We can also do some study Kahoot or Blooket :)

This is a one-time lesson that will go over geometry and trigonometry problems and how to solve them. I will begin with the foundational concepts and move on to more challenging questions, building off of that knowledge. I have actual collegeboard SAT questions ranging in difficulty and will show you how use solve them and use your resources to make it easier.

This section is one of the hardest on the SAT. It makes up roughly 26% of the test and includes topics like Inference, Command of Evidence, and Central Ideas and Details. Since these questions tend to be hard, it is important to really study them. That's where my class comes in. I have actual SAT questions from Collegeboard's question bank and I go over exactly how to approach them in class. After all, studying these specific units helped me score a 740 on my first time taking the SAT!

This lesson will go over some of the important concept in the SAT Math's Geometry and Trigonometry unit. I have real SAT questions prepared from the Collegeboard's SAT question bank, and I will go over some of the harder problems and how to tackle them. I also have a Kahoot prepared for every lesson to see how well the students understood the material! I will also show how you can use Desmos, even on the Trigonometry Unit that barely uses it. Knowing how to use radians vs. degrees is the difference between a 400 (for signing your name) vs. an 800 for being megamind :)

This session is to review certain ACT prep topics. I had a few students who DM'd me regarding the ACT, and I will cover some of the general knowledge regarding the ACT. Specifically, this class will focus on the Reading and English portion of the ACT, and if students join or show more interest I will continue with other ACT topics. I took the SAT multiple times and scored 90+ percentile and am comfortable with all of the ACT topics. I have the official ACT resources and also have a few tips and tricks that I have been using to study :)

Hi! This training I plan to help each of you review the algebra portion of the SAT and give you useful tips and tricks on Desmos. I took some of the harder questions from the college board SAT suite and broke them down into easy-to-understand steps to help you guys ace the Algebra section! Knowing how Desmos works can seriously help impact your score. Take it from someone who scored perfectly on the Algebra Section! Btw: I have another session that is the exact same as this, I just wanted to post another time to accommodate any other learners who could not make it.

I can also cover basically any questions you need help with or topics you want to cover. We will work together to solve some actual SAT questions and make sure you ace your next SAT! Lesson 1: Information and Ideas section, which includes Inferences, Command of Evidence, and Central Ideas and Details. These types of questions comprise roughly 26% of the SAT and tend to be the hardest. I will teach you how to analyze the paragraphs and pick apart the main idea. This is also a really useful skill for the rest of the SAT. I have actual SAT questions that I will include in my lesson, and we will work together to solve them, and the methods used to achieve the most accurate answer. I will also include information that helps with the English portion of the SAT in general and some tips and tricks to help understand the formatting of the SAT and how to avoid distractors on the SAT and get the actual answer. Lesson 2: Craft and Structure, which makes up about 28% of the SAT and is also a difficult unit. It includes Words in Context, Text Structure and Purpose, and Cross-Text Connections. I have actual collegeboard questions on this topic and I will go over how to approach these problems and how to find the answer. Lesson 3: Expression of Ideas, which makes up about 20% of the SAT. It includes Transitions and Rhetorical Synthesis. This unit focuses more on grammatical knowledge and I will also go over how to answer these problems while working with you all on actual SAT questions. Lesson 4: Standard English Conventions, which makes up about 26% of the SAT. It includes Boundaries and Form, Structure, and Sense. This comprehensive, 4-lesson series is sure to help you understand the Enlgish portion of the SAT more and improve your score.
