You always sought to answer any questions that arose during the session. You answered in a way that was super concise yet informative, which allows the student to understand more deeply to content. For questions that you believed she was confident in and did well in, you allowed her to practice those on her own, and you checked them. Awesome job!

You did a greatjob in engaging learners to participate in your session! You encouraged the learner to expalin everything that they want to share with you. For example they shared how their teacher said something and you said another and now he is confused however you queickly gaurd him back on track!The tutor was very attentive to signs of confusion or hesitation and took the time to ask clarifying questions when I seemed stuck, which helped me feel supported rather than rushed. This made a big difference in staying engaged.
