You are the first person I have seen to use a wheel to get tutors to volunteer for the microtutoring example. It is a cool way of providing tutors with an alternative option to cold calling, and I appreciate how you double-checked whether tutors were comfortable with participating. Also, you broke down the microtutoring examples and even gave mini-scenarios of what to do when tutoring learners of different skill sets and learning styles! I would say that you prepared tutors well. It was interesting how you provided alternative resources, like the list of transition words, and more specific advice on preparing lesson plans. Thank you for this session! The way you explained things was very clear and helpful and it was also useful to see how an experienced tutor ran a session, calling on people and interacting with the "learners".
