They demonstrated flexibility and a thorough understanding of how to support various levels by tailoring their explanations to the requirements of the students. To make sure all students feel equally supported, they may check in more often.

The tutor created a nice environment where the learner felt comfortable asking questions, which also helped strengthen their confidence. They also made genuine efforts to connect with students, showing advanced skill in creating a supportive atmosphere (this is great). Nice step by step guide through problems and It seems like you have a passion for math. Perhaps putting an optional challenge problem at the end would be nice.
