In order to help students stay on course, the tutor reacted patiently and clearly when they were having difficulty. They demonstrated flexibility and a thorough understanding of how to support various levels by tailoring their explanations to the requirements of the students. The tutor created a nice environment where the learner felt comfortable asking questions, which also helped strengthen their confidence. They also made genuine efforts to connect with students, showing advanced skill in creating a supportive atmosphere (this is great). To improve in the future, they could focus on building even deeper individual connections so every learner feels personally engaged.
