We will go over COMPOSING OURSELVES AND OUR WORLD Chapter 1 Section 1. The text is an open education resource and can be found at https://pressbooks.pub/composingourselvesandourworld/chapter/1-1-writing-for-college/. After this session, you will know how to (1) Explain argument as a key concept in writing and (2) Interpret the key requirements of a writing assignment.
