Great for self-studiers!
We will cover the entirety of the AP Precalculus Exam material in 217 days.
Prepare to watch a lot of videos from the Algebros at flippedmath.com. We will be using a lot of their material (practice problems and videos). Their material is online completely free and helped me earn a 5 on the AP exam and an A in the class. Between every session you will watch one video related to what we will be covering next session.
Our sessions will follow this formula:
Part 1 - 10 minutes - We will review the video watched outside of the session.
Part 2 - 40 minutes - You will work together with your classmates to solve practice problems. Faster learners should help their fellow slower learners. The goal is to have everyone progress at a sufficient rate.
Part 3 - 10 minutes - You will complete a short quiz on your own.
Part 4 - 10 minutes - We will review the answers to the quiz together.
Part 5 - 5 minutes - You will summarize what you learned during the session. I will then tell you which video you should watch before the next session.
Here are the materials that you should bring:
1. Scratch paper
2. A writing utensil
3. A graphing calculator
All sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 AM to 7:15 AM.
More sessions and session descriptions will be added as time goes on.

General Pre-Calculus Q&A
22nd session
Welcome to the General Pre-Calculus Q&A Series!
In this series, we'll be working together to address any questions you have and clarify concepts that you're finding challenging.
However, if you’re looking to learn a new concept from the ground up, this might not be the series for you, as there are already plenty of great resources available online that can help with that.
This space is more focused on helping you deepen your understanding, refine your skills, and work through specific questions or challenges.
To make the most of our time, please come prepared with:
1. Questions you have: Feel free to ask about specific problems, topics, or concepts you're struggling with.
2. The work you've tried: It will be helpful if you bring along any attempts you've made so far so we can review them together and identify where improvements can be made.
3. A solid understanding of pre-requisite knowledge: To ensure that we can dive straight into your questions, please make sure you're familiar with the foundational concepts that lead up to the topics you're asking about.
I look forward to helping you gain a deeper understanding of Pre-Calculus!

AP Pre-Calculus Summer Tutoring
24th session
Each session will focus on a key AP Pre-Calculus topic, beginning with fundamentals and progressing to more advanced concepts. Over the summer, we’ll cover:
Polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions
Trigonometric and polar functions
Modeling with functions in real-world contexts
AP-style problem-solving and test strategies
How You’ll Engage:
I’ll lead each session, starting with a brief concept review of the previous lesson. I will then introduce the new material with guided examples and interactive practice exercises. My teaching style is flexible—feel free to interrupt if something doesn’t make sense, ask questions at any time, or tell me to slow down. I’m always open to adjusting my approach to what works best for you. At the end of each session, I’ll also ask about the topics you'd like to review further, so we can tailor the next session to your needs.
