Each week, we will be playing a Kahoot that has practice questions over one topic of Algebra 1, a perfect study tool to help you prepare for upcoming exams and to sharpen your Algebra 1 skills.
In each session, before the Kahoot game begins, I will start with a general summary of the key points that you should know in that topic of Algebra 1 and 2-3 warm-up problems that the class will complete together.
After the Kahoot ends, participants will have the time to ask any questions they may have about that session's topic or any Algebra 1 homework problems from school that they may want to go over.

The AMC 8 is a national American middle school math competition that challenges students with creative, multiple-choice problem-solving questions. This bootcamp is led by experienced instructors who are AIME qualifiers and former high scorers on the AMC 8. In this AMC 8 bootcamp, we’ll focus on four major areas—number theory, geometry, counting & probability, and algebra—through lots of interactive practice with AMC-style problems. Learners will work through past questions, share solution strategies, and learn tips for spotting patterns and avoiding common traps. Expect to stay actively engaged by trying problems on your own, explaining your reasoning, and collaborating in group discussions and guided walkthroughs.

Algebra 1 Master Class - Slow and Relaxed!

No more intense summer training- instead, this series aims to give a more slow and relaxed approach to Algebra 1. Each week, we will cover one unit of Algebra 1 (total of 11 units, so 11 sessions). There will always be professional slideshows to aid the lesson, along with supplemental worksheets and problems (created by me!). A cumulative test will be given at the end (this can be completed and submitted any time within 1 month of the end of this series). 📝
