You were highly responsive to student needs. When Dawson was confused about the difference of squares pattern, you paused the practice to re-derive the formula conceptually. When Jasmina joined late, you seamlessly integrated her by reviewing the basics without slowing down the pace for Dawson, expertly managing the multi-level session.

You had a fantastic, well-structured lesson plan that progressed logically from defining polynomials to adding, subtracting, multiplying, and finally special products (difference of squares and perfect squares). Your explanations of why the formulas work (e.g., deriving A² - B² and (A+B)² by expanding (A-B)(A+B) and (A+B)(A+B)) were excellent and promoted deep understanding over rote memorization.

You did an excellent job of continuously engaging both students by asking them to try problems and share their answers. You frequently asked "How did you get that?" which successfully encouraged them to explain their reasoning, as seen when Dawson walked you through his entire process for a complex multiplication problem.

I liked the patience from her.
