The tutor demonstrated a strong awareness of when learners were unclear on certain concepts and actively worked to clear confusion with effective examples and practice questions. For many of the concepts, the tutor provided practice questions which linked many of the topics the learner requested help on, ultimately painting a clear picture on how the concepts connected. I believe the tutor demonstrates great performance in this area.

The tutor was well-prepared and demonstrated strong knowledge of whiteboard utilities to show organized and easy to understand work. He also showed a solid understanding of the concepts being taught. I have no complaints in this area—the tutor demonstrated great competence in this area.

The tutor does an excellent job of building confidence in learners by explaining concepts clearly and patiently. The tutor always acknowledged when the learner was correct and provides positive feedback even when the learner made mistakes. His approachable and supportive manner created a comfortable learning environment where I think the learner felt welcomed to ask any questions and make mistakes without judgement.
