The tutor, Jiawen, did a great job adjusting to when it was needed. Whenever there was a technical issue, or something did not go according to plan, the tutor was very patient, cooperative, and understanding with the learner, Kristopher. I liked how the tutor understood the learners' struggles very well and made questions that targeted the learner's weaknesses. The tutor did a great job adapting to the learner's needs, but in the future, maybe try adding polls or like a little quiz afterwards to really test their knowledge, and get extra practice. Overall, great job with this aspect!

The tutor, Jiawen, did a great job developing connections with the learner. The tutor was very friendly, positive, and encouraging, and this helped strengthened the learner's confidence to where they don't need to feel shy or scared to speak up and share any questions or concerns they may have. The environment was filled with respect, comfort, and positivity which I liked. The tutor and learner had a friendly connection, and were very understanding/cooperative of each other. This led to a great learning session. Overall, with everything in mind, fantastic job with this session! Good luck to your future sessions and endeavors!
