Reading and Writing for the December 2025 SAT

Tuesdays 12:00 AM, Saturdays 9:30 PM

Hi! My name is Tristan and I am excited to help teach Reading and Writing for the SAT. 😁😁 This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

Tristian was extremely well-spoken and educated on AP US history. He brought valuable and new insights to topics. He answered questions efficiently and with accuracy, and even cited historical works that support his reasoning. His expertise displays an utmost passion for learning and altruism in sharing his knowledge to others.

It's good that you said hi when Rin joined the zoom sessions, but it would be better if you specifically greeted her by name and referred to her by name throughout the session. It could also be helpful for you to introduce yourself. It's nice that you had your camera on because that can be a good way to develop connections with learners! When Rin said that word problems are hard for her you did a great job of relating to that struggle! You were very friendly and understanding throughout the session! Great job!

Thank you. The way each material was explained was easy to understand.

Rin struggled to share her screen so you just started working through the problem with paper. It's better to work through it on a whiteboard or with zoom annotate together so that learners can see what's going on. After a while you decided to share your screen and annotated on that, and that was VERY helpful and a great choice. Visuals can be really helpful for learners to follow along and understand better.
