Upon watching the recording, I am confident that you are prepared to run your sessions smoothly and that you convey a deep understanding of the material. Firstly, you came a decent amount of time before your learners and had your questions prepared in the first couple of minutes. Additionally, with regards to the material, you referenced concepts from prior lessons and broke down each concept into a series of repeatable steps, indicative of a high amount of conceptual understanding of the material. Overall, I think that you performed well in both of these categories.
