The tutor is open to any questions from learners and answers them graciously. When a learner says they are not understanding something, the tutor makes sure to explain it again and make sure that they know what is going on.

There are plenty of practice questions for learners to test their understanding, and the tutor also allows learners to explain how they arrived at their answer to further solidify their thinking. She then summarizes what the learners say to make sure everything makes sense.
