Sri is generous in complements when I do okay and patient when I'm stuck. Super amazing in explaining as well as kind and friendly. She makes sure the lesson is as productive as possible along with me getting the concepts clearly understood - that's why to me she is an 'actual' teacher!

I really liked how you managed to come up with an entire mindmap on DNA without even preparing for it. You were able to ask your learner specific questions, getting them to contribute to the mindmap and, at the same time, ensuring that they were engaged and following along. Perhaps for future sessions, you could consider having a short quiz to ensure your learner can apply the concepts you taught (although in this case, I believe you did not manage to do so because the learner left early).

You have an in-depth understanding of algebra-based math as your explanations were correct, clear, and had very minimal hesitation. Also, great job annotating your work on the whiteboard! Visual learning is a great tool to help your learners better grasp concepts that you are teaching.
