Your conversational tone makes the session more comfortable for the learners to participate in, as it makes the learners less scared to ask questions. One thing that I might suggest is to introduce yourself to the learners so that there is more established trust in the tutor and learner relationship

You do a good job at explaining the information and what point-slope form is and slope-intercept form is, and your visuals through the use of the whiteboard are very effective in actually explaining what the concepts are.
