Sharmila has been a great tutor ever since the first day I joined her series. She is helpful, kind, patient, and can provide a good explanation that I can actually understand. She also uses real world examples that i can relate to which helps me to know the subject better and grasp concepts.

Your explanations were clear and thorough. Using the whiteboard and annotations were a good way of demonstrating the concept, which you should continue to do. Your explanation of the concept was easy to follow as well.

I noticed that you had a very personal approach to communicating with learners - you first understood how to pronounce their names and then involved them in solving questions and asking them questions about concepts you taught. This seemed to create an environment where more people were comfortable and willing to participate, which was amazing. Also, you went over problems that many students may have had trouble with (such as your first example problem before Khan Academy practices) to ensure that their understanding was concrete and that they could go into practice tests with full confidence.
