Vidushi exceeds in identifying signs of struggle and addressing the issues. For example, during the Kahoot game, when there were different answers across the board, the tutor made sure to explain the correct answer and ensure each learner understood the "why" [Timestamp: 22:09 - 25:26]. The learner was at an intermediate level in Spanish, so she faced some difficulties during the session. But that's completely normal — when you're learning a new language, challenges are bound to come up. However, the tutor handled everything really well and explained each concept clearly and patiently.

This creates a welcoming place for students to open up and be more interactive.
