Great use of encouraging words throughout! It certainly created a good atmosphere. You were encouraging when the learner made mistakes and as well commended them when they did well. Great job! Names aren't really used at all and conversation isn't facilitated.

Hi Naim! You showed a proficient understanding of the concepts you were going over for your learner's problems. For every problem, you gave thorough explanations–though this was sometimes awkward because the learner was using the chat and not speaking, which is totally fine–and annotations on your Khan Academy screen. When your learner was struggling to solve the problem, getting the wrong answer or not understanding your explanations, you politely redirected your learner and helped her better understand what you were trying to communicate. Awesome work!
