The tutor came into the session with a clear plan, a slideshow, and several interactive games. He communicated calmly when facing technical difficulties with his tablet and was able to adapt and proceed with the session. In future sessions, he could consider testing the tech setup a few minutes earlier and having a printed or offline version of the plan ready as a backup. This would help avoid delays and maintain a smooth start even in case of tech issues.
