Prakruti does a nice job structuring the lesson and coming prepared with an intentional plan for the session. Prakruti has a diagnostic assessment prepared for a student to take to see where she is in terms of understanding and skill in polynomial arithmetic. It is clear that Prakruti has an outline of how she would like the lesson to go and has material prepared to go over. Prakruti also is able to shift the lesson to take a different route when the student is unsure about the content on the assessment, allowing them to go through the problems together on a whiteboard screen. The session is also able to run smoothly as it is clear that the tutor has a deep understanding of the material. Prakruti is able to talk through each problem as they go through the lesson and handles questions from the learner.
