Yes the tutor did an amazing job of starting the session. He offers the tutor extra sessions so that she can improve and the way he started the session is great. By coming across as friendly and very casual, he creates a comfortable environment where the learner can ask questions without fear.

Yes the tutor definitely created a comfortable learning environment and strengthened the learner's confidence because he is very passionate about what he is doing and is not too serious or uptight. Additionally, he is very friendly which makes the conversations much more impactful and sincere.
