When your learners got a question wrong, you immediately started looking for the source of the problem, going back to your notes from previous slides and reviewing the content to help the learner find their own mistake, which prevents it from happening in the future. You spent the perfect amount of time helping students who were struggling, and didn't skip over any points of confusion.

You kept everyone in the group involved from beginning to end! The imaginary creature icebreaker was a great way to make everyone feel at ease, and you used the names of the students the whole time. The timed polls were perfect, and you always asked someone to explain why they voted the way they did. You helped students even when they weren't sure what to do instead of just giving them the answer. This was a perfect example of active engagement!! no need to change anything!!

You made the place feel so warm and inviting! The icebreaker made everyone smile, and you remembered little things about each person, like welcoming back students who had been away and celebrating another Texan in the group. You cheered each student on when they got the right answer and called them by name. Students clearly felt safe asking you anything, and the fact that they thanked you at the end showed how much they appreciated you. You really do teach like a pro! This was a master class in connecting! I don't have anything to say because this was so well done. Maybe read the chat questions out loud before you answer them so everyone can hear them, but really, you're already doing great!

Mr. Zachary was patient and friendly throughout the session. He paid attention to every single detail and provided us with valuable insights, not only did he provide information but he made sure that we understood every bit of it and gave small assignments and notes at the end which were really helpful. The session was truly insightful and spectacular, I have never attended a session such detailed and well explained!!

You were so ready! The Pear Deck slides let everyone answer in private, and starting with a warm-up question while waiting for others was a great way to use time. Your pictures made it so easy to understand hard topics like replication and mrna processing. To be honest, I don't have any ideas here because you set the bar so high! You are like one of my teachers back in covid but teaching AP!

You were so quick to help learners right away!! You answered honestly when a student asked a deep question about DNA directionality and offered to send more reading. You made it clear what helicase and topisomerase are, and you even said that there are exceptions in the real world. You went back to the questions from the chat and stayed after to answer them all. Today's session was so informative! I loved the explanation of DNA vs RNA and reliable ways to differentiate between the two of them (besides strandedness which can be unreliable) and the explanation of helicase vs. topoisomerase. Highly recommend attending a session of his!
