Great job greeting learners by name when they joined the session, and checking in by asking how they were doing! I also loved how you started a conversation instead of just waiting in silence for everyone to join the session. This was an amazing way to start the session out, and can be great for helping learners feel more comfortable and confident in the session. You were always very energetic, friendly, and encouraging, which is awesome!
