You did a really good job re-directing the learner after she got a bit confused while she was trying to figure out the problem, and then effectively solved it afterwards. To make this even better, you could use more phrases of encouragement, like "Ok, I really like how you are thinking about this, lets take a step back and...", just to make the environment even more comfortable. I marked "Creates a comfortable learning environment" as N/A, since this is a one-time session, and was extremely short to just solve 1-2 problems (but I did notice in the session, the conversation wasn't one sided like you teaching only, which is great.)
