This is a discussion-based seminar session! Each week, we'll explore how music can create social change beyond the concert stage. Through examples like El Sistema, We Shall Overcome, and Imagine, participants will examine how music can build community, expand access to education, and be a true "universal language".

Every day, we will get tested on the SAT Vocab that we memorized the day before for 5 minutes. We'll memorize 45 words a day (I recommend memorizing 15 words each morning, afternoon, and evening.) For next 10 minutes, we'll aim to solve one set of questions from Crack AP's SAT section.

Each week, we will develop a textbook/curriculum to teach English to ESL speakers. People from any background are welcome, but we need people who are pretty fluent in English. Right now, this curriculum will be used in my daily English session, but ultimately, I would like to use it to help immigrant children from underprivileged backgrounds.

This is a 20-minute daily session. You don’t have to come every day—just joining regularly will noticeably improve your English speaking skills. It’s basically like chatting with a friend for 20 minutes, but in English. Nothing is prepared or formal; it’s fun, relaxed, and a great way to get comfortable using English.

Each week, we will read the same book and discuss about our opinions or any thoughts about the book. This lowkey, open class will create an open space where people can share different perspectives about the same topic (book).
