I think you did a fantastic job connecting with the learners. Asking them about their New Year and naturally turning that into a comfortable conversation about their goals created a very warm and welcoming environment. Iwould say that it really showed that you understood your student well. You also did a great job with praising. Saying phrases similar to “Good job”, like when Fabien got an answer right or was on the right track, really encouraged the learners and helped build their confidence. Excellent work!!!

Wow! You did an amazing job introducing the topic and working on the screen with the learners throughout the session. That made it so much easier for them to follow along and understand. I thought it was super helpful where you added hook questions for the session .You’re clearly very knowledgeable in Biology and gave some really clear explanations! I really love the illustrations you chose to add, because they’re so clear and easy to remember! Great!!!!!!!!!!

Great job, Lena! You definitely show a strong understanding of the biological concepts you are discussing in your session. Your slides are incredibly well-prepared and interactive (your "do now"). You also include plenty of visuals that help the learners understand the key concepts you introduce. I especially like all of the visuals you included about the ATP-ADP cycles that simplify the process for the learners.
