Leif was very organized and he gave super helpful tips for us to use! He was also very patient with us when we weren't participating right away. I feel like he gave me a lot of tools to help me feel more confident for my tutoring session, and it definitely helped to see his tutoring style during this Onboarding session as a good example. The tutor, Leif, did a great job developing connections with the learners! Leif was very friendly, respectful, and positive to every learner, which is amazing. This helped strengthen the learners' confidence to where they don't need to feel shy or scared to speak up and ask questions. The environment was filled with respect and positivity. One of the most important aspects of a session is having a great environment, and Leif fulfilled that really well. The environment was filled with comfort so that the learners could learn comfortably without any distractions. Overall, with everything in mind, great job with this session!
