You also made sure to ask if we had any questions before moving on to a new idea which I found to be very helpful. At the start of the session, you ask the learner if they know what coincident lines are and you give them an example of it once they inform you that they do not. Nice job checking prior knowledge and filling in that knowledge gap! In future sessions, you could give learners more opportunities to engage, ask questions, etc. I noticed that you did a majority of the talking and didn't check with the learner afterward whether they grasped the concept or not.

It is clear you understand the math behind the questions. You use desmos and an algebraic way to solve the problem, so the learner has a variety of ways to solve future questions. Good job on that! However, when you were teaching, you mostly asked them if they understood your process directly, not if they could extend that understanding to higher-level concepts. In the future, you could try to engage with your learner more, but I understand that in live help sessions, it is difficult to do that :)

It was a good review for some formulas I hadn't thought about in a while. Going over the SAT practice was helpful. Additionally, the lessons seem to be running more on schedules as the sessions aren't going overtime very much now. Overall, good.

You ask the learner if she understands the original question she was working on and she said yes. In the future, you could try to end the session with another similar problem or activity to confirm progress. However, you did a very nice job overall :)
