I can tell that Tammy really benefitted from the session. As the session came to an end, she solved everything correctly and knew why the answer is what it is, which she demonstrated after you asked her to explain. Thank you so much for taking the time to come and teach us about the Algebra section! I really liked how you tried getting everyone to interact and make us try to solve it ourselves first. Because of the time limit with our session, it was unfortunate in not getting to all the sections but, I think my tutor did a great job in trying to get everyone on the same page!

The way you walked Tammy through the problems, breaking each of them down and tackling them step-by-step, as well as the way you asked build-up questions after she made a mistake (x instead of y) really shows how much of a strong background you have around the topic. That, in addition to the example you gave her (substituting numbers instead of x and y) to make the problem clearer. I love how ask the learner why the answers are what they are instead of just moving on. Great job!
