Hey, welcome to the study space! This series consists of many multi-hour sessions for you to LOCK IN your studying & assignments. We'll be using Pomodoros with background music (recommendations appreciated!) Feel free to drop in and complete whatever work you have to do! If you have questions on your assignments, I'll do my best to help (especially for SAT Math & R/W, math up to Calc BC, & physics). Cameras are optional but helpful for accountability (& productivity!) Sessions are Monday to Wednesday 3PM - 5PM PST, every weekday from 5PM PST - 11PM PST and weekends 8PM - 11PM PST with your hosts Jean, Sara, Yixuan, Swetha, Yu-Feng, and Maggie :D PS: We are always open to new cohosts! Ace your Algebra 2 final exam with this 4-week course combining small group sessions and a personalized lesson plan. This program is ideal for students who have final exams Jun 9-13. What to expect: In Week 1, you will participate in one session where you will complete a skills assessment to identify targeted focus areas for you to work on throughout the program to help you prepare effectively for your final exam. In Weeks 2 through 4, you will join two small group sessions per week. This program will meet twice a week for 75 minutes per session. You and your peers will explore key concepts together and work on individual practice problems from your personalized lesson plan.

You will go through Khan Academy skills and quizzes, culminating with you taking the final Unit Test and earning a Schoolhouse certification!

Some concepts we will go over include basics of online tutoring and best Schoolhouse resources, clearly communicating complex topics, and connecting with learners. Hi, I'm Jean, and I've tutored two R&W bootcamps through Schoolhouse. In this bootcamp, I'll be covering all topics to prepare you for the English portion of the SAT, and running through just about every question type imaginable (so, expect a lot of hands on practice!) Most of all, these sessions will be tailored towards your gaps in knowledge and preparing you to solve difficult questions as fast as possible. I'm excited to help you prepare for the SAT! This four-week personalized tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing through individualized instruction. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, with focused attention on your specific areas for improvement. Each session is dedicated entirely to your learning needs, allowing us to target the exact concepts and question types that challenge you most. You can expect sessions to be very interactive and tailored to your unique learning style and pace. Note: Cameras should be on so to create an engaging learning environment.
