It is difficult to confirm the learners' progress or see evidence of progress since this was a live help. However, I believe that the learner was able to get their questions answered.

There weren't any practice problems to go over, so it's difficult to determine whether confidence was improved or not. However, I could tell that there was a comfortable learning environment in which the learner did not feel awkward talking to the tutor.

Hi, I'm hoping to learn a lot in this club. I recommend you make shared docs so we can all post our stories in there and everyone can read them. Also, with that dynamic, you can screen share the docs while you give revisions. And even, other learners can share their feedback right there. I hope your internet connection gets better, I couldn't hear you smoothly for half a class. See you next class !!

Javin first asks how much the learner knows on what she is supposed to do. Then, he builds off of her prior knowledge to explain and help her with her assignment. There is constant engagement between the learner and the tutor. There is equal amount of engagement with the learner and the tutor.

Javin was able to work with whatever he was given in such a short time. He conveyed confidence in the subject and a great ability to share that knowledge with others. The learner was able to build off of whatever Javin explained. He also discussed the assignment with the learner to ensure that they were following along.
