Our first session will introduce some key concepts in studying and things you should take note of in a study routine to know if it's working for you. Then, we'll start rotating through our tutors who all have different experiences, fields of study, studying at different levels and have different barriers/challenges like having a specific disability or not having access to a computer or private study room. I utilise all the tools on schoolhouse quite a lot, so you can expect a lot of engagement in Group Chats and some questionnaires in Assessments that will help you create or improve your study routine step by step. We will be adding new sessions as more co-hosts join. There is no limit to the number of people who can share, so any tutors who are interested in sharing and/or hearing feedback, please put in a co-host request!

Good news! Duplicate sessions in another timezone are now LIVE! Schedule: 9:30AM EST Every Wednesday; 8PM EST Every Thursday We'll be starting with beginner sessions to introduce you to research, including different fields of research and how each area of study conducts research differently. Then, we'll follow-up with sessions led by people who are currently doing or have done research like postgraduate students or those who are part of research programs. They'll go a little deeper into research in their specific field, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions. We'll wrap things up with a session discussing careers in research, and not just academia! At the end of this series, I hope that those of you who are considering research will have a better idea of whether you want to start research, and in what field! 😄📝
