He explained the rule of 72 really well and even had practice problems to go with it! In addition, he showed how we could derive the method for the formula. Furthermore, he was very engaging as he set up expectations in using our mics instead of chat as well as using cold calling methods which were very effective. He created a very professional and welcoming environment. Good job Ishank!

Oh man. That was so fun. I think I’m going to send a really long feedback so I hope you like it! Well, first off, the hosts were so kind and inclusive. Despite there being quite a lot of people, each of them replied to all messages in the chat, and were so friendly. While also maintaining order in the session, they never came off as stiff or overly professional. They were just like normal people with extraordinary organizational skills. You make them feel praised for their good work but not feel sad for their bad work. gODD work on that! I like how you tried to connect the concept of “range” to parabolas and real-world motion, which helped.

You did a great job by starting the session with small conversion about how things were going, which is great! It is also really helpful to introduce yourself and have the learner introduce themselves too. This is a great way to connect. Another thing you could have done is say something like "Great job!" or "Amazing!" when a learner gets a question right. This can really help boost confidence. All in all, you were really respectful, and I could see that Zeek felt comfortable in your session.

Hi Ishank, I think you did a great job explaining some of the problems to the learners, and I really liked how you explained it your own way first and then showed the very detailed Khan Academy solution. I also liked how you only gave the learners hints after they had tried the problem a few times, to ensure that they put in their best efforts and were truly learning.
