This College Admissions Workshop on The Application is a virtual 2-week workshop that will provide you with information and support to submit your college applications. In this workshop, you will: - Learn the purpose of each part of the application - Understand how and when to apply and strategies to consider when making your plan - Complete drafts of frequently required parts of the application, such as lists of activities & experiences, and honors & awards - Work alongside other students who are also preparing to apply to college.

This College Admissions Workshop on The Essay is a virtual 4-week workshop designed to provide you with structure and support to write your college essays this summer. In this workshop, you will: - Learn the purpose and the must-dos of the personal statement - Learn and practice strategies for picking a prompt, brainstorming, drafting, and revising your writing - Understand the role of supplemental questions and strategies for organizing your questions and responses - Work alongside other students who are also preparing to apply to college.
We will be briefly delving into AP CSA curriculum and learn how to code in Java. A great course for those learning to code or going to take AP CSA next year!
So this will be a check-in every two weeks where you can bring any questions, studying, or problems from your AP Biology courses. This will be a little more like office hours as many students have different paces of classes. **Please message me (Isabelle W) if you want a session more often or if you have a very specific problem.
This will be a LECTURE-BASED class to prepare for AP Biology. We'll go through some basic introductory topics to biology: structure of water, hydrogen bonding, macromolecules, and cell structure.
We'll be preparing for AP Computer Science A and learning the basics of Java. We'll go into Printing, Variables, Math Operations in Java, String Concatenations, recognizing common errors, Objects, and Methods.
