Great job asking learners what they struggled with especially because you weren't able to fully understand where they got lost. (ex. working through the sales price problem). Loved how you followed the first learner on what she wanted to work on and including more casual conversation about the SAT outside of focusing solely on solving problems!

Loved how you validated the learners about the difficulty of questions (ex. smallest possible difference between the means of data sets)! Great job consistently asking how they wanted to approach a problem (asking if learner had a specific question or just wanted to go through the system of equations question). Annotating was really helpful for the geometry problem; you explained very clearly.

Great work beginning the session asking about learner's goals for their next SAT, what their study plan is, and what they want to gain from the session. Learners seem really comfortable to interrupt to ask questions or clarify concepts throughout the session! (ex. QMR geometry problem). It was so cool to see you also learn something about using Desmos from the learner!

Great job working together with learners to come up with solutions (ex. x + 2b problem). Even when you weren't 100% sure which direction to take, you were still fully confident in the underlying concepts. Loved how you used multiple strategies to solve depending on what learner wanted (ex. switching from annotation to Desmos)
