He was very patient with Ella and explained a lot of the physics concepts coherently. He also gave really good points for future sessions such as asking the learners what concepts they need help in and what time they want. This sets very good expectations for his learners in the future and demonstrates a sense of professionalism.

The tutor showed a strong effort to adapt to the learner's unique needs and understand signs of struggle by completely changing their instructional method mid-session. When the initial screen-sharing of the periodic table was insufficient for explaining effective nuclear charge, the tutor immediately attempted to use a whiteboard to draw the concept. Although the whiteboard didn't work initially, the tutor adapted again by going back to a digital drawing tool to illustrate the shell-by-shell calculations. The tutor consistently checked for understanding, using phrases like, "Does that make sense?" and "Or did that confuse you even more?" before moving on, allowing them to confirm the learner was tracking the complex concepts of shielding and ionic radius. The session concluded with the tutor being accommodating, setting up a follow-up session for the next day to cover the remaining topics the learner needed help with.

I like how Seth explains clear, and it was really helpful!

At 5:52 the learner got confused, you then adapted your explanation to fit the learners unique needs. You did this in other places too. This stood out to me because it is one of the most important things as a tutor. Keep up the great work. You also noticed when the learner got stuck because he was expression it and asked what was wrong. Very nice job!
