Daniela created a very comfortable and supportive environment. She was reassuring and casual, which made Taha feel at ease. Her positive reinforcement, such as saying "See? You just need to work through it a little bit," was very effective in building his confidence. Sharing a personal detail about her late night also made the interaction more relatable and human.
