She does and excellent job at letting the learners take the front stage and present their own problems. She lets them lead in problem solving and then helps when they get stuck in an smart way. This creates a envrionment that makes it comfortable for the learners to unmute at any time, even if it is not their question. This is optimal for learners and is rare to do so she did an amazing job! She does amazing at reassuring the learner saying things like "you did a really good job" and other things to boost their confidence which is always uplifting to the learners. Just a small note, it would be beneficial for the learners if she showed the question on the screen for all of the learners to see.

She was very prepared and knowledgable on the test questions making it obvious she reviewed them before hand which is amazing. She simplifies it down for the learners if there is any difficult words or topics and explains them to boost their learning.

The learners seem to be learning from her. She provides additional resources outside of the sessions such as "I'll send you more questions like this!" so they are most likely making good progress.

Creating a comfortable learning environment is essential to learning, and you were able to do so! You made sure to say words of encouragement such as "Thank you so much!" "Exactly!" and "Perfect!" whenever a student shared their thoughts. This creates a friendly environment and sense of community, which will make the session more enjoyable for the learner!
