Strengthening learners confidence isn't applicable because this was an atypical session. Make sure to greet learners by name when they join the session! It could also be helpful to go through the icebreaker question. You could also lead by example and answer the question yourself and respond to learners when they do answer with a follow up question or by relating. You were very kind and respectful throughout the session, which is awesome!
