Honestly, Alex is one of a kind. They’re not just another tutor—they’re truly special. From the very first session, they created such a warm and comfortable environment that made learning feel less like a chore and more like an enjoyable experience. Unlike other tutors who can sometimes be too formal or overly serious, Alex has this amazing ability to balance professionalism with a friendly, lighthearted approach. They make us laugh, keep the energy positive, and somehow turn even the most difficult topics into something engaging. If I had the chance to have Alex as a friend outside of tutoring, I’d honestly be so lucky. On a more serious note, I’ve always struggled with trigonometry. It’s one of those subjects that just never clicked for me, no matter how many times other tutors explained it. But with Alex, it was different. They didn’t just explain it—they broke it down in such a simple, clear, and relatable way that I could finally understand it. Even though I still find it challenging, I actually feel like I’m making progress, and that’s huge for me. What I appreciate the most is that Alex never rushes through anything. They are so patient and will go over a concept as many times as needed until it truly makes sense. That level of dedication and care is rare, and it’s something I genuinely admire about them. Every session with Alex flies by so quickly, and I always wish they could last longer. But as much as I don’t want them to end, I know there’s always another one to look forward to. I can’t wait for our next session, and I’m beyond grateful to have a tutor like Alex!

It was a very clear and a very valuable great explanation. I really thought it was hard at first but after you explained it became crystal clear, so thank you. I learned a lot today and you have an amazing teaching style where you know how to explain so that everyone could understand. This was really incredibly helpful since I'm an international student. Alex is probably the best tutor I’ve seen on schoolhouse. He has very helpful and would repeat the answer to questions as many times as the students would ask him too. He was very patient and made great explanations. I recommend this tutor!

Literally this was the class I was searching and finally had it. I am going to have my SAT like at the end of this year and I hope you conduct such more sessions so that I can improve from 650-750 something.
