Even though your session was a sprint, and you guys went fast, I really liked how you still made an effort to engage the learners frequently throughout the session. On every question, you gave them the opportunity to answer for themselves while you were going over it yourself. However, I noticed that sometimes when you invited learners to answer a question, you didn't get a response. To combat this, you could try cold-calling different learners by name, since this will make them more likely to answer. Apart from that, though, you did great engaging the learners! This also ties into encouraging learners to explain their thinking. After you explained things in the "I Do" portion of the presentation, I liked how you asked the learners to explain their thought process when doing a question, and also how you built off of their explanations to teach everyone effectively. Great visuals! They were easy to understand and concise. You also explained exactly how the test would work. You also were ready to connect with the learners and went through every detail of how to study, how the test would work, and how to answer questions. Especially at the beginning, when you did the overview, those slides were a masterpiece. Also drawing the scenario was very smart, since it helped explain it to learners.
