Awesome job separating out steps of a problem by using the whiteboard! This was especially seen when you were talking about combining like terms. Since quadratics is an involved topic, starting off with the Algebraic basics for it is great to see. Also when you were essentially explaining factoring by grouping, I noticed you wrote it out in terms of how it appears in an Algebra form (x^2 + x(b-a) + ab) which is nice to sort of visualize even though you need not memorize this.
